- B. Pharm
Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or
before 31st December 1991, i.e. at least 17 years of age
as on 31st December 2008, but have not crossed the age
of 25 years as on that date, are eligible to apply. Date of
birth as recorded in the 10th standard / school leaving
certificate will be taken as authentic.

- B. Pharm:
The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary
Examination, or its equivalent in ONE attempt,
(exemptions may be considered only on medical
grounds and the decision of the Dean, Faculty of
Medicine will be final and binding). The last two years of
such study should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology
and English. (For B.Pharm Physics, Chemistry, Biology,
Maths or Computer Science can be considered). Students studying in foreign countries following a syllabus other than any Indian syllabus should produce an Equivalence Certificate from

Minimum Marks:
Candidate must have 50% marks in
Physics, Chemistry, Maths / Bio-Technology or Computer
Science. (For SC / ST candidates, minimum marks required
is 40%).
- M.Pharm
A candidate, who holds B. Pharm degree from an
institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of
India (PCI), with at least 50% of the maximum marks
for all the subjects of the B. Pharm course from second
year to fourth year examinations shall be eligible for
admission to the Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in
Pharmacy Practice (Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy)
course. Candidates with GATE score preferred.
