The department works as two units with out-patient clinics of the first unit on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and the second unit on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.Our speech  pathology and Audiology services are available on all week days. The OPD runs from 8.00AM until 5.00PM on all working days. Patients are seen with prior booking through the Appointment Help Desk (Tel No: 280 1234/280 2100). Surgeries are conducted throughout the week, with the two units alternating.

Emergencies are handled routinely and an ENT duty doctor ensures round the clock service.Emergency references which require inpatient care is coordinated through Casuality Medical Officer(FAX-0484-4006035) to ensure smooth take over and transport facilities if required.
