In co-ordination with Dr.Reddy's Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE) a Continuous training programme called "SANJIVANI" is being conducted for our staff. It is not just enough if the pharmacist has the knowledge of understanding the prescription, it is equally important to understand the patient. A patient needs constant reassurance on his health and everyone in the cycle right from the doctors assistant through the nurse, the doctor and the pharmacist has an important role to play. This programme also aims at increasing their competency in rapport building, communication skills, counseling skills, stress management, time management, business etiquettes and manners, and positive telephone behavior. |
