| The Cancer Institute at AIMS is a fully comprehensive centre with modern facilities including Medical, Radiation and Surgical Oncology. We also have an active cancer Registry. It is a DBT centre for Clinical Research Training. The annual caseload is approximately 5000 new cases and 35,000 old cases. We treat 50 patients daily in the OPD, chemotherapy suite and 100 patients daily in radiotherapy. There is an active clinical research programme supported by a clinical trial unit. In addition, there is a post -graduate training programme in all departments.
Facilities also exist at the Institute of Molecular Medicine for scientific research and collaboration. We seek to recruit suitably qualified personnel at the level of Asst. Professor |
