I am Saraswathy from Manjummel. My husband is a coolie worker and I am handicapped. I have 3 daughters. And younger daughter was suffering from heart disease. On diagnosing at Amrita Hospital, they suggested me an operation. Since we were economically backward, we couldn't even think of that. But Amma helped me and granted me a help of Rs.1,32,000 / for the operation.
Due to Amma's Grace and help on me, my daughter got her life back .I don't know how to express my deep gratitude which saved my daughter's life. I sincerely thank all the doctors, nurse, and all other staff of the hospital. I thank them especially for their humble behavior too. Once again thanking Amma from my deep heart.

Myself, Rosily Varghese belongs to Manjaly family from Mukhanoor Panchayath, Ernakulam. I live with two sisters and a brother in a house on 25 cents. My father expired 25 years before suffering from TB. My mother also died suffering from Cancer. The whole responsibility of my family is on my shoulders there after. I do coolie and conducted one of my sisters marriage. My second sister was undergoing treatment for mental disease. All of a sudden, I got fever. On consulting a doctor he suggested for a surgery since the heart valve was shrinking. I was helped by my neighbors and could undergo a surgery from a Hospital at Ernakulam. After 12 years, again I had the same problem. I went and met the doctor, who treated me before. He asked me to do surgery for changing the valve, which would cost 2 lakh. I lost all my hope, but just then I came to know about Amma and the Amrita hospital from my friends. I underwent so many tests and doctor directed us to the Patient Services department. I was provided help worth Rs.1,30,000/ by the Grace of Amma.
I would never have undergone this surgery, unless Amma and staff of the hospital had shown this consideration for me. The surgery was on Friday, 3rd of May 2006. I am not able to convey my gratitude towards Amma in words. I express my humble salutations to Amma on showering Compassion towards the suffering people including me. Comparing to other hospital, consideration for me was very much better here. Doctors and nurses were always very kind to me.

My name is Bagish. I was suffering heart related disease for the past one year.
On December 7th, I had undergone two heart valve surgeries from Amrita hospital. We couldn't afford to spend the huge amount Rs.1,58,323/ for the treatment. We are very thankful to Vallikavilamma for Her help till the end of our life.
Now I have 17 years old. My father died when I was 7 years old. Due to the disease I couldn't go on with my studies after 7th standard. My mother is having asthma and younger brother is studying in 7th standard.In spite of her illness my mother doing hard work to meet our lively hood. We are still living only with the help of Vallikavilamma.
I consulted so many doctors due to constant fever and cough. After taking medicine my cough was not coming down. A thorough check up was resulted that my heart valve have a problem and we were told to come AIMS hospital.
From here, echo test was done and confirmed the nature of my disease. Then we contacted to Patient Service Department for financial guidance. As per the instruction from Patient Service Department, a requesting letter sent to Amma's Puthur Ashram. We were given treatment help as per the assessment report.
From the doctors to sweepers, all the staff fraternity of this hospital behaved very well to us. So we are always loyal to all for their cooperation. I conclude after putting countless Pranams to Amma.

Amma, we submitted our difficulties in front of You. Thanks to Amma for all the services given to us. We will be always obliged to Amma.I have no father and mother except one sister. I do coolie work.Amma provided the services to me at the time of our difficulties. So I am thankful to Amma.I will definitely meet Amma when I perfectly recover from my heart disease.
We are residing at Mattam in Thrissur district. Financially we are very backward. I express my family's gratitude to Amma for allowing an amount of Rs.1,00,872/.All the doctors and nurses of this hospital behave very well to patients. This hospital and it's Patient Service department is providing remarkable treatment for poor patients like us. I put my Pranams in Amma's Holy Feet.
